HBL Training & Development Project is continuing in 2018. We have had great interest from members of the community and have decided to now provide opportunities not only to those who want to learn a skill or get trained but also to those who already may have a skill or professional training and require equipment to offer these skills and expertise to the community.
This is a great way to improve the skills and to give back to the community so they can benefit from what you have to offer.
