Yoga Classes:

  • 6 week online Yoga classes starting on 8th of June 2021.

  • Every Tuesday from 9:45 – 10:45 am

  • Yoga classes will be a mix of breathing, stretching, movement and guided relaxation designed to help people calm, uplifted and peaceful.

  • Funded by the Hanwell Big Local, run by Yoga Tastic and delivered by Victoria, a passionate yoga teacher.

Perhaps you’d like to know more about breathing and mindfulness techniques that can support your wellbeing?

Meditation has been scientifically proven to offer many benefits to mental, physical and emotional health. This four week meditation course will guide you through some effective and simple meditation techniques that help to reduce anxiety and stress and increase feelings of calm and confidence.  Open to complete beginners or those with some meditation experience. The Meditation Workshops are delivered by Tara Gould who is an experienced and qualified meditation tutor.
