Getting around in Hanwell

In 2019, Hanwell Big Local continue to work with Ealing Community Transport (ECT) in offering subsidised transport services and training opportunities for individuals and community groups in the Hanwell Big Local area.

We provide the following services to Hanwell Big Residents:

Is your group or organisation based within the Hanwell Big Local area?

Would your group would like to organise a trip such as a visit to a theatre or the seaside?
If the only thing stopping you is a lack of transport then Hanwell Big Local can subsidise your trip.

Hanwell Big Local offer subsidised transport services for community groups in the Hanwell Big Local area. Your group pays a reduced fee (Terms and Conditions apply).

HBL Group Transport service in Partnership with ECT can provide minibuses for any groups from voluntary or community organisations, clubs and neighbourhood associations based in the Hanwell Big Local area.

PlusBus Individual Transport

PlusBus is a door-to-door bus service for Hanwell Big Local area residents’ who cannot use, or have difficulty using, public transport (for example, because of age, disability or long term illness).

First 5 trips will be free. Future trips will be at the subsidised return fare of £2. Each one-way journey costs £1. Children travelling with a parent and carers will travel free on all journeys.
