This project provide opportunities not only to those who want to learn a skill or get trained but also to those who already may have a skill or professional training and require equipment to offer these skills and expertise to the community.

If you are a Hanwell Big Local resident then you can apply to the Training & Development Fund.
What can I apply for?
You can apply for funding for a qualification which will enable you to provide activities and services. For example:
- CELTA – Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
- Teaching Assistant Level 3
- Zumba or Yoga instructor
This project supports residents to access training opportunities which allow them to become qualified to provide activities and services within the local area.
What do I need to do in return?
Run an agreed number of classes/activities to cover the cost of your funding.
This is a great way to improve the skills you have to offer and also to give back to the community so they can benefit from what you have to offer.
